Scheduled Maintenance – Authorisations & Notifications (M&M)

From January 15 to January 17, 2027, we will migrate Authorisations & Notifications (M&M) to the new Digipoort. During this period, you will not be able to receive, retrieve or process the following message types from the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (de Belastingdienst) and the Dutch Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) via Digipoort.

Message types of the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (de Belastingdienst):
•    Modify authorisations (submit, activate and revoke requests)
•    Retrieve authorisation statuses;
•    Retrieve Service Messages for Tax Assessments (SBA);
•    Retrieve Service Messages for Benefits (SBT);
•    Retrieve Pre-filled Tax Returns (VIA);
•    Retrieve Service Messages for Tax Return Filing Extensions (SBU);
•    Retrieve motor vehicle tax (MRB) invoice details;
•    Retrieve processing reports (UBD, DPI, GIR-NL);
•    Retrieve dividend tax messages (collective decree, confirmation BO).

Message types of the Dutch Employee Insurance Agency (UWV): 
•    Modify authorisations (submit, activate and revoke requests);
•    Retrieve Authorisation statuses;
•    WAZO and Sickness Benefits (message types:UWV-ZZ-WAZO en UWV-ZZ-ZW); 
•    Social and Medical Affairs (message types: UWV-SMZ-DO, UWV-SMZ-OV, UWV-SMZ-PW, UWV-SMZ-WAO, UWV-SMZ-WIA_WGA_IVA, UWV-SMZ-WVP); 
•    Financial Information on Sickness Benefits, WAZO and Unworkable Weather and Reduced Working Hours (message types: UWV-FI-WW-OWWTV, UWV-FI-ZWWA); 
•    Self-insured Employers for Sickness Benefits (message type: UWV-ERZW-AB).

Connections that use these functionalities during the maintenance period will receive an error message from Digipoort. 
Messages generated by the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (de Belastingdienst) and the Dutch Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) during the migration weekend will be made available once the migration has been completed. No messages will be lost.

Important prerequisite for continued use
You must have migrated to the new Digipoort and its associated routing service to continue using M&M. If your connection, or your client’s connection, has not yet been fully migrated, you will not be able to use M&M until the migration is complete. On January 18, 2027, we will publish a status update on the completion of the migration.
