Steven Luitjens

Steven Luitjens has been Director of the digital government service Logius since 2006. He has been active in the sphere of government innovation and IT since the end of the 1980s.
Cor Franke
Cor Franke graduated inboth ICT and micro economics. He has worked for 14 years in several social security organizations, followed by 7 years as member of the board of the national employment service. Between 1992 an 1997 he chaired Message Development 10 of the Western European Edifact Board. He was and is involved in various initiatives and programmes related to eGovernment. Currently he is self-employed.
Jozef Hupperetz

Jozef H. Hupperetz, head of sector on eCustoms Developments of the European Commission - Taxation and Customs Union Directorate General. Since 1999, he is working for the European Commission. Before he went to Brussels, he worked for 16 years in various operational positions in the Dutch Customs Service, and another 3 years for the Dutch Ministry of Finance at the Customs Legislation and Policy Directorate.
Christophe Hypolite

Christophe Hypolite graduated a master of engineering in ICT. He joined the French customs in 2003 as head of telecommunications and networks team. He has worked before as project manager for France Telecom.
He works today for a mission dealing with dematerialization of international trade procedures (paperless strategic policy and planning unit). This mission dealing with facilitation and dematerialization was set up in June 2008 by economy and budget ministers. The mission is lead by the French minister of state for foreign trade.
Oscar Pagdanganan

Mr. Pagdanganan is involved in architecture, design and implementation of SEW projects including Singapore's TradeNet® since 1998 and overseas such as Trinidad and Tobago, Mozambique and Madagascar. His Trade Facilitation, Customs and Technical domain knowledge help bridge Customs, Other Agencies and Trade Community's business requirements towards an effective SEW system.
Marc van Hilvoorde

Marc van Hilvoorde is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. His knowledge of XBRL and standards-based reporting has involved him in leading roles in some major open standards implementations among which the Standard Business Reporting programme in the Netherlands.
Satya Prasad Sahu

Mr. Sahu is responsible for the development of data and messaging standards in the B2G, G2B and G2G domains involving cross-border transactions,
He is leading the effort in further defining the Data Model including a domain XML vocabulary that underpins the Single Window Environment. He is experienced in Customs IT infrastructure matters, especially Corporate Data Networks, the G2B infrastructure including EC/EDI gateway architecture, data networking, UML modeling, XML Schemas and data structures (including UN EDIFACT) as they relate to messaging.
Christos Pipitsoulis

Christos Pipitsoulis brings more than 15 years experience in Programme and Project management of the RTD Framework Programmes (FPs) of the European Commission. He was employed in 1994 to assist in defining research priorities for the Telematics Applications Programme for waterborne transport. After that, he contributed to the implementation of this Programme as Project Officer. Current employment: Directorate General for Mobility and Transport of the European Commission. He is responsible for coordinating the research projects of the Unit in charge of Maritime transport policy, Ports & Inland waterways. He is in charge for the EU e- Maritime file. Before joining the EC, he worked in the private sector in the domain of marine equipment and telecommunications. He has a University degree in "Electronics" and Masters in Business Administration.
